Announced by OC Communication Dept on May 21 2015

    TRUE REVIVAL IN VANCOUVER
May 29-30, 2015 • Adventist Community Church of Vancouver

A scholar once said that if you had to name a single renaissance man in human history King David may, quite possibly, top the list. Not only was he an attractive person but he was a musician, warrior, competitor, poet, statesman, lover, and leader all rolled up into one. So bright is his memory that his star still decorates the flag that flies over the nation of Israel. Even in our day many identify him as their favorite Bible character. That's because there is something about his heart for God, his triumphs and his failures that feels familiar to our own experience. Join Pastor Bob Cundiff on May 29, 30 on a journey deep into David's story to discover how we can also become a people after God's own heart. We will explore the wilderness years, the early years of his reign, his great fall and more. A special emphasis will be placed on learning from his family experiences, failures and the impact that God's forgiveness has on the rest of his life. Friday - May 29 @ 7:00 pm Sabbath - May 30 @ 9:00, 11:00 am (different messages) followed by lunch (potluck style) and then again at 2:30pm for two more messages. for more information: http://www.vancouveradventist.com/concerts-and-events Dr. Bob Cundiff is the President of the Northern New England Conference and has deep roots in in becoming a Christian, an Adventist, and a pastor. He is a lover of Jesus and his family and the journey that God is leading him and others on.
